Performance improvement of full reference video quality evaluation model

Abstract(in English) The validity of previously proposed evaluation model for video quality measured by SSCQE method is discussed. This evaluation model consists of 3 functions, frame quality evaluation, motion effect function and improved asymmetric tracking. We construct the 3 types of evaluation model by using these 3 functions, we analyze the performance of it. In addition, the optimization of the parameters of this evaluation method is also examined. As the optimization of the parameters, we newly propose the fitness function and confirm it as a robust measure.
