Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper proposes a new radio resource allocation scheme for spot access systems. In the proposed scheme, each of access users is allocated the wireless transmission mode and time slots according to its Carrier to Noise power Ratio (CNR) and the requested data size. If the requested data size is large, much radio resource is allocated to the user. The proposed scheme is capable of reducing the latency time for large-size data. Computer simulation evaluates the latency performance of the proposed scheme and shows the availability of this proposed scheme.
