Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) As future service adapting mobile communications, the possibilities of biological information communication, robot intervention type communication, total reality communication, and ubiquitous communication were discussed. Analysis of biological information communication service, as well as recent research achievements on some applications, and on underling bio-metric measurement technology were presented. Furthermore, as an example of research of total reality communication, the principle of communication representing sound field and its experimental system were presented. These research efforts demonstrated that various mobile multimedia communication services can be expected in the future.
