Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We reported some IP traffic characteristics in our previous studies [1][2]. The reports showed that file-sharing applications, for example WinMX and Winny, exchanged huge volume of traffic and the greater part of the traffic was generated by a few heavy users. In this paper we report the other IP traffic characteristics that are analyzed from the viewpoint of application behavior, for example we show the number of connections connected by a terminal. Finally, we summarize application traffic characteristics to modeling file-sharing application traffic and Web traffic.
