Abstract(in English) Mobile communications traffic varies significantly, both in terms of location and time due to user movement. Taking into account these variations, we have proposed a network control technology "Dynamic network Topology Control" for optimizing path structure and node functional arrangement dynamically. In this paper, we report the detail of the mobile communications traffic, extraction of the feature, and its method.
