| Abstract(in English) | It is necessary for both a network service provider (NSP) who accommodates users and a content service provider (CSP) who owns contents to cooperate to provide content delivery service today. Here each of them takes different functions ; a NSP keeps good quality of the network service, while a CSP must concern DRM. Whilst employing a framework for the multi-domain AAA cooperation for this heterogeneity in order to incarnate IP muticast content delivery business, we import a band broker into the authorization decision to maintain quality of the multicast content through NSP's network resource administration. |
