Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We propose a secure group management protocol MLDA (Multicast Listener Discovery Authentication protocol) for a commercial multicast CDN. We can get an accurate user access-log on MLDA, and control each subscription / unsubcription by group and by user. MLDA is capable of the synchronizing operation between a group access and a network application service. MLDA can transfer any application information between a user client and a network (application) server (e. g. AAA server, content delivering server). We show the key features of MLDA : 1. Accurate logging operation, 2. User authentication/accounting method, 3. Fast Leave function, 4. Flexible re-authentication function. And we discuss a multicast operation in a physical shared medium, when we introduce an encrypt key management on MLDA.
