Abstract(in English) | A Markovian service process (MSP) is a similar model to a Markovian arrival process (MAP), where arrivals are replaces by service completions. We introduce a MAP/MSP/1 queue and show that it can represent various queueing models such as a vacation model, an N-policy model, and an exceptional service model. |
