Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) To cope with the congestion generated by intensive demand of large size contents delivery, it will be effective to introduce multiple quality classes. When a user requests a content, a table of several combinations of the delivery time and the price is shown to the user, and the service class is chosen by the user appropriately. It becomes possible to decrease the load at peak usage hours efficiently, and to use the resource of off-peak hours effectively. In this paper, although the case of a single link model is examined, how to extend the proposed system to multiple link model and its effect are also shown. Furthermore, even if there is an error between the traffic pattern predicted for setting price and the actual traffic pattern, the proposed method is effective.
