Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) With the growing of real-time application like Video Conference and multimedia streaming services, their traffic account for large proportions in the network. Most of these application uses UDP for transport layer's protocol, and it has no congestion control mechanisms. So, these traffics increase at a faster rate and then the network disrupts the stability. To solove this problem, the new transport protocol DCCP (Data Congestion Control Protocol) has been developed. But the performance of that protocol has not been evaluated, so we can't that it really works. In this paper, we will evaluate the influence which it has on the existing transport layer protocol by the simulation.
