| 抄録(和) | 筆者らは第4世代移動体通信網を構成するネットワークとしてMM-MAN(Mobile MultimediaMetropolitan Area Network)を検討してきた。MM-MANは都市のビジネス街の主要道路に設置され、高速移動体と自社LAN、さらに同一LANに属する移動体の間でVPNを設定し、高度なビジネス活動を支援する網と位置付けてきた。本稿では上記のVPN結合を各企業の拡張LANと再定義し、拡張LANの位置付けを議論する。MM-MANは拡張LAN以外にも各種の端末を収容する。セキュリティ、移動管理の点からも要求条件が厳しくなく、これらに対する制御の余裕から拡張LANサービスは成り立つ。また、拡張LANサービスとはあて先、端末の属性を知られることなくユーザが隠蔽したペイロードを運ぶサービスと位置付けている。 |
| 抄録(英) | MM-MAN (Mobile Multimedia Metropolitan Area Network) is a name of an IP-based micro-cellular network deployed along the road in the metropolitan area, which provided VPN between a mobile terminal and LAN in its home office, and between mobile terminals belonging to the same LAN. It is considered to be a component network of the 4G mobile network. This paper lines up services of the MM-MAN, and newly defines the VPN services as an extended LAN service. In the extended LAN service, payload of each packet is encrypted and decrypted by user itself without intervention by the network, and however, the packet can be delivered with unidentified address given by the network, since each terminal in a micro-cell can be easily identified if the real IP address is used, and its business activity is monitored. |
