| Abstract(in English) | In standard RFC3261 for SIP, it becomes indispensable regulation that the communication of tranasport=TCP can be used and it is expected that use will increase from now on. In this paper, It proposes about the solution proposal of the problem, it becomes impossible to communicate since the signal crossing of SIP-layer and transport-Layer occurs when realizing communication of transport=TCP, from the point of cooperation of transport-Layer and SIP-layer. |
