Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) It is known that the TCP algorithm that's spread widely now is not suitable for transmission of broadband network. In this paper, We propose that the technique of raising transmission speed. Two kinds of proxy are prepared between end nodes. Locate place is that propagation delay between end node and proxy is comparatively small. In communication of proxies communicate by specific protocol that zone is made to occupy. And it, raise the window size of TCP quickly by the usual algorithm TCP/IP between an end node and a proxy.
