Abstract(in English)	Environments of comfortable and happy feeling situations are desirable, using human information technologies. This paper describes the several new human technologies which give a good feeling, and its evaluatiom methods. Especially, the judgment and the estimation for human feelings are proposed in every technology. In future, physiologocal index for human feeling characteristics will become important.
