Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A service unavailability is used as a measure of reliability for actual telecommunication networks. Nevertheless, this measure has a problem for the relationship between reliability and failure scale. We have already proposed a simple estimation method of the network reliability with failure scale for a viewpoint of user. In this paper, we extend and generalize this method in terms of (1) clarifying the relationship between network-wide reliability and failure scale for career, (2) applyng this method to multipoint communication model as well as traditional 1 vs 1 communication model.
