Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) As broadband access networks are deployed over a wide area, broadcast services in the Internet have become more remarkable. In such context, Quality of Service (QoS) control technologies for practical video delivery services have become more important. For that reason, we have proposed a QoS control method using movie contents and user preferences of service quality. In this paper, we clarify a relationship between the key factor of user satisfaction of video quality and movie contents by conducting subjective assessments, and we try to apply the relationship to the proposed method. As a result, the method makes it possible to control QoSes more accurately.
