Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The coverage of mobile phone users has gone over 60% in Japan as it is one of the most popular means of quick communication. In mobile communication, there are situations where the receiver is unable to receive a call, such as, when the receiver's mobile phone is turned off or when the receiver is outside the mobile coverage area. The mobile phone does not keep a history/record of such undeceived calls, which is very inconvenient. For such unreceived calls, the network shall store a history of received calls and notify the user of unreceived calls when the user turns on (switches power from OFF to ON) the mobile phone. The following service description is based on using short messaging to notify the user.
