Abstract(in English) A communication carrier can build multiple VPNs on its IP network. Each VPN member determines its IP addresses, and they register those self-selected IP addresses with the carrier. VPN members can communicate with each other using the registered IP addresses. Edge routers of the IP network check if the IP addresses of the IP packets are correctly used. Each VPN becomes proof against DOS attacks, because legitimate users accept that their IP addresses will be disclosed in registration.
