Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In order to manage networks, a method of estimating short-interval-traffic distribution using MIB has been proposed. In this method, we can estimate the short-interval-traffic distribution from MIB which is implemented in routers and it has an advantage that it burdens routers light load. However, this method has a disadvantage that it does not consider the long-term-traffic fluctuation. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a nevel method of estimating short-interval-traffic distribution considered long-term-traffic fluctuation.
