Abstract(in English) In this paper, we discribe the content delivery service management system architecture using the authentication/accounting and billing function via an IGAP with IP multicast. To offer the various service levels for the customers, we define the seven billing levels of the content delivery service for each video channel and each program. In addition to we propose the implementation method of Electric Program Guide (EPG) server using these billing levels. And we confirm that this managemant system can calculate the monthly fee for each customer using this EPG server. As a result, we verified the basic techniques for implementing the IP multicast content delivery service management system.
