Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we discuss methods of the Click-to-dial-back service which is one of the potential services in the area of PSTN and IP integration. First, we analyze existing methods, such as IN(Intelligent Network)/SN(Service Node) based methods and IP based methods. Next, to solve the problems behind these methods, we propose a new method called PSTN notification method. In the method, when the click-to-dial-back server accepts a click-to-dial-back request from a user, the server notifies to the customer using UUI(User-User Information) of Q.931 protocol, and then, the call back to the user is treated by the customers' appliance.
