Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) On selecting mirror servers, it is important to select a server that has great throughput. In this paper, we introduce algorithms that measure throughput of each mirror servers by downloading a file indeed. Our algorithm can determine its throughput in a short time by using property of the time transition of throughput. Moreover, we show some phenomena discovered while we were investigating the property of throughput.
