Dynamic Priority Control Algorithm for Video Streaming Distribution

Abstract(in English) In video streaming distribution services, the video streams often lose the smoothness because of network congestion. In this paper, an effective algorithm to keep the smoothness is proposed. In this algorithm, the priority of packets is dynamically changed according to the number of packets in a receiving buffer. The computer simulation shows the proposed algorithm is effective.
