Abstract(in English) | As far as using only conventional technologies, high-end digital systems in future will face problems of electrical packaging, operation speed, and consumption power. Single flux quantum (SFQ) digital technology is a key technology for making breakthrough. We report on the latest technology developments of SFQ technology for backbone router applications. |
