A Study of Customer Control Function for QoS assured Services

Abstract(in English) Recently, IP networks have become to be applied for mission critical applications and multimedia applications that require high-level Quality of Services(QoS). QoS mechanisms for IP networks have been developed, and many network elements have QoS mechanisms. But, in carrier class IP network, a management system is necessary to keep high level QoS by the mechanisms. In this paper, we describe the architecture of Customer Control Function enable to provide flexible QoS in carrier class IP network. Furthermore, prototype implementation is also described.
