Abstract(in English) We discuss per-user traffic control in metro access network nodes to provide efficient user multiplexing into metro backbone networks. In this paper, we show that a large scale per-user packet scheduling can be realized in high-speed nodes and evaluate the effectiveness of per-user fair traffic control. It contributes to high-quality services and network resouce reduction.
