Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) As Internet access line bandwidth has increased, peer-to-peer applications, which exchange their traffic directly, have been increasing. However, current networks are designed for client-server web traffic. So, feasible network design for peer-to-peer traffic growth is required for future network design. In this paper, we define a peer-to-peer traffic model and web traffic model, and evaluate several network topologies. We clarify the requirements of network topologies for feasible network design with peer-to-peer traffic growth.
