A Study of Performance on Voice over IP system

Abstract(in English) Improving of Voice over IP (VoIP) technology that forwards voice on the IP data network, IP telephone service that connect to PSTN and IP network has been attracting. The system for VoIP service is sold on the market, and it is cheaper than the switching node system developed only for the circuit switching, and it can construct a system. But, the sold system isn' t considered about a process priority than the switching node system to run on the dedication OS, and the sold system sometimes catches the influence of the other processes. And as it is best-effort connection in the IP network, the state of the network may inspire in the quality of the service as for the communication in the IP network. In this paper, it is considered about the performance of VoIP system using common server in view of the process control and the aspect on VoIP protocol.
