Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) IMT-2000-service has been started on Oct 1, 2001 in Japan. With the start, a mobile environment which enables full-scale high-speed data-communications service is being improved. As a result, we could expect an increase in subscribers who communicate with a provider such as Companies LAN and ISP via their private line more and more. In this paper, we propose a packet routing method for communicating with private lines and present its validity. By using a distribution ratio function, the method can be adapted to communicating with two or more private lines, and their traffic load distribution and risk diffusion are secured. Besides, the method secures a convenience of not being influenced by equipment conditions to a provider.
