| Abstract(in English) | We propose the controlled IP network by interconnecting IP networks that are strongly controlled by individual carriers who take full responsibility for their network This report considers (1) telecommunication through a PSTN, a controlled IP network and another PSTN, (2) telecommunication as intra-net (within the same company) and extra-net (between different companies), and (3) telecommunication through a LAN, a controlled IP network, and a PSTN. |
