Abstract(in English) In this paper, we focus the wireless link capacities control scheme for guaranteed type service. in mesh type broadband FWA (Fixed Wireless Access) systems, which consist of route stations that are connected to the wired backboned network and user stations that are connected to the route stations /or other user stations to relay signals. The conventional scheme is to control the number of carrier used in each wireless to the accommodation user station under fixing transmission bit rate. However the frequency utilizatio efficiency degrades as the accommodation use stations increase by using the conventional scheme. In order to solve the above problem, we proposed a new scheme: transmission bit rate is controlled to the accommodation user station by link adaptation. As the computer simulation results, it is clarified that (1) the frequency utilization efficiency by using the proposed scheme is improved by 2.8 times in comparison with that by using the conventional scheme, (2) the improvement increases as antenna half power beamwidth, antenna sidelobe level and guaranteed bit rate per user station is small.
