Abstract(in English) We have designed an architecture for a QoS-guaranteed content delivery network supported by an admission control function, which can be applied to a video streaming service that corresponds to effective business model. We have implemented a prototype of a Bandwidth Agent that provides the admission control function. The scalability of the proposed architecture was shown by performance measurements in the Bandwidth Agent, which were sufficient for practical use.
