| Abstract(in English) | This series discusses how to design the controlled IP network that provides various IP services, where the controlled IP network is created by interconnecting IP networks controlled by individual carriers. This report considers, as one of IP services, how to construct a fixed telephone system using the controlled IP network, where No.7-CCS (Common Channel Signaling system) is applied, is used to realize call connection control. |
