| 抄録(和) | 我々の研究は,撮像時期の異なる胸部3次元CT画像を時系列間で比較し,肺野内3次元構造の時間的変化から腫瘍候補を抽出するシステムを構築することを目標としている.その実現のためには血管や気管支について,断面積や分岐情報を精度よく抽出ことが重要である.本稿ではその一環として,血管や気管支といった管形状物体の構造を高速に,かつ精度良く抽出するために,断面積を最小にする平面の法線方向へと,逐次的に管内部を探索することにより,構造を適切に抽出する方法について提案する.また,提案する方法を実際の3次元CT画像に適応し,その有効性について示す. |
| 抄録(英) | In our research, our goal is to compare three dimensional lung CT images between time periods, and to construct the system for extracting the tumor candidate using the change of three dimensional structures in the lungs field. For the achievement, the sectional area and the branch information are important for the extraction in high accuracy as for the blood vessel and the bronchus. In this paper, we propose the method for extracting the three dimensional structure with high speed and high accuracy by searching for the inside in the tubular object. The section area minimization was used in the method. The proposed method was successfully applied to actual three dimensional lung CT image. |
