Abstract(in English) | For white matter fiber tracking based on MR diffusion tensor images, we already proposed a new method based on local diffusion anisotropy, which improves tracking performance at fiber crossing. In this study, we validated the method by using synthetic data in which several imaging parameters can be virtually controlled. |
