| 抄録(和) | 本論文では,3次元腹部CT像を用いた肝臓の診断支援システムの開発を目的として,肝腫瘤を自動抽出する手法を提案する.この手法では,まず,3次元適応集中度フィルタを用いて画像中の腫瘤を強調する.次に,強調された画像から極大点を検出し,その点をシードとして領域拡張処理を行って候補領域を抽出する.さらに,抽出された腫瘤候補領域に対して,得られた複数の特徴量を用いてマハラノビス距離に基づく判定を行う.以上の処理を一人の被検者から撮影された4つの造影条件の異なる画像に独立に適用した後、それらの画像を一つに統合する.上記の手法をマルチスライスCT装置によって撮影された3次元腹部CT像40例に適用したところ,肝腫瘤の検出率は100%,画像あたりの拾いすぎ候補領域数は0.1個であり、有効性が確認された. |
| 抄録(英) | We aim to develop a computer aided diagnosis system of livers in three dimensional abdominal CT images. This paper proposes a method for automated extraction of tumor regions. At first it enhances tumor regions in the livers using a three dimensional adaptive convergence index filter. Then local maximum points are detected and candidates regions are extracted by a region growing method. In the next step, the method measures several features about the candidates and decides whether it corresponds to true tumors or not based on Mahalanobis distances. The above processes are applied to four kinds of images, or plain, early, portal and late images, independently. Finally, we integrate four images into one by logical operation. We applied the proposed method to fourty real three dimensional abdominal CT images obtained with Multi-detector row CT scanner and confirmed that tumor detection rate was 100% and average number of false positives was 0.1, which are promising results. |
