Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Understanding an affordance is generally between human and everyday artifacts. This paper presents a novel concept of human affordance which is an expansion of the general affordance. This concept is based on understanding that human affords his/her own properties to human. A model of human affordance is defined as a set of perceptual information and human factor. The significance of creating or enhancing affordances in communication is described in addition to applying the concept of human affordance to designing a Computer-Mediated Communication system.
