Abstract(in English) This report describes the structuring of concept / reference model for Inter-Vehicle Communications (IVC). Several research organizations are now involved in the research of IVC and the standardization of such IVC technologies is also discussed. Depending on the applications, IVC may require a variety of technologies. It is necessary to discuss standardization considering requirements for IVC. In this report, the concept / reference model playing a role in promoting an efficient standardization process as a reference of IVC concept is discussed.
