| Abstract(in English) | This paper describes consideration of the evolutional ubiquitous platform for intelligent transport systems (EUPITS) toward its realization. In particular, data description is discussed in the positioning sub-platform, the communication sub-platform, and time sub-platform of the EUPITS. In addition, the carrier frequency problem of RFID-Tags is discussed from the viewpoint of systems innovation. |
