| Abstract(in English) | In order to realize various applications of road traffic in the Smart-way, the application sub layer (ASL), which located above the layer 7, was developed as the common base of the road-to-vehicle communication using DSRC. Moreover, by mounting ASL on DSRC roadside equipment and DSRC on-board equipment, the communication experiment of Internet Protocol (IP) was conducted, and the open experiment for contents transmission was conducted. The technical confirmation of ASL and high-speed contents transmission were confirmed. |
