Abstract(in English) In this paper, an autonomous decentralized frame synchronization scheme for an Inter-Vehicle Communication are examined. Several communication methods have been proposed for Inter-Vehicle Communication technique. These methods require frame synchronization among cars. On vehicular traffic environment, it is important that groups of cars get smooth synchronization each other becausc groups of cars repeat joinning and separating frequently on the road. However previous studies were not enough to evaluate the performance of the synchronization schemes in such a situation. So this paper shows performance evaluation of those ones, using models that some groups of cars pass each other. Then we propose new method which has constant recovering time regardless of scale of groups, and maintains synchronization during passing.
