| 抄録(和) | 航空機・自動車・鉄道・船舶等の公共性の高い交通移動体の安全確保には種々の工夫がなされてきたが,交通移動体の高機能化・高速化,交通の高密度化は,運転員の認知・判断・操作に過大な能力を要求し,事故率の大幅な低減には至っていない.本稿では,交通移動体事故の抜本的低減を図るために必要とされる視点と解決すべき課題のいくつかを述べる. |
| 抄録(英) | Various efforts have been exerted to improve safety of transportation systems, such as aircraft, automobile, railroad, and marine vessels. Accidents rates, however, are not low enough. One of the reasons may be that advanced functionalities and speeding up of those transportation systems impose the operators excessive claims on their abilities for situational recognition, decision-making, and action implementation. This paper discusses what are needed for fundamental and drastic improvement of transportation systems safety. |
