Abstract(in English) | Negative Problem was concerned as risk management. However, risk should be defined as "uncertainty resulted from activity". Risk engineering is named for ability to countermeasure against risk. TRM is named for management to countermeasure against total risk. Imaging ability before realizing need for RE. Managing philosophy for effective common control technology is called "Total Risk Management" (TRM). |
