| Abstract(in English) | The commercial wind power station is being projected in Tokyo bay. It has been thought that it is so windless to build a wind turbine generator system for a commercial in Tokyo. But we show that there is a lot of wind energy resource in Tokyo Bay Area to analyze the wind characteristics detail. In this Paper, we describe the wind characteristics, the outline of wind power station, significance and efficient in Tokyo Bay Area. |
