| Abstract(in English) | The original power of ESD hazards must be conected to the hazard potential and not to charged body potential.A hazard potentiometer was invented. The general idea of ESD Hazard Potential and its use has made possible a new ESD hazard control system, in which case hazard potential, ionizer's eliminative power, activity of electrostatic control agents, and withstand trure voltages of devices is measured by volt. This system enable to balance the cost and effect of ESD control engineering. |
