| 抄録(和) | 近年、インターネットの普及に伴い、通信ネットワークを構築する光伝送システムの伝送容量及び転送スピードは、驚くべきスピードで高速化している。幹線系では1Gbit/sから10Gbit/sへと高速化が進められており、また、企業やキヤンパス等アクセス系でも数100Mbit/sになり、さらに現在では数Gbit/sから数10Gbit/sへ高速化されつつある。これらに使用されるLD,光スイッチ、光ファイバの特性評価も重要な課題になってきている。ここでは、これらの光通信に使用される光デバイス、光ファイバの特性を正確に評価することができるテラビット光オシロスコープ、DMD測定システムを紹介する。 |
| 抄録(英) | With the popularization of Internet, transmission speed of optical system, constructing telecommunication network, is being developed dramatically these years. In backbone of optical communication system the transmission speed is getting faster and shifted to 10Gbit/s from 1Gbit/s. And also local area network in company or public offices has speeding up of transmission speed and is being shifted to 100Mbit/s, or more to 1Gbit/s from 10Mbit/s using optical technology these days. Following the development of optical communication circumstances, it is getting important to evaluate optical components with higher accuracy, such as LD, optical switch, optical fiber and so on, those what used for high speed optical communication. Hereafter, Tera-bit optical oscilloscope and DMD measurement system, designed for measurement ands characterization of optical devices and optical fiber with high accuracy, are introduced. |
