Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Fibers are widely used in fiberoptic filed from back-bone to access network. One important characteristic of fibers is FFP (Far Field Pattern) or NA (Numerical Aperture) for coupling with fiberoptic devices such as lens, LD and wave guide. Conventionally photodiode scanning method is used for this measurement. But it has disadvantges of long measuring time, less information and low reliance of reproductivity. New method is introduced to overcome these problems using camera combined with f-θ optics.
