Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) As a fundamental study for characterizing GaInAsP, we investigate the pump induced absorption change as a function of pump power. We also report the direct measurement of intensity-dependent transmittance change in a GaInAsP distributed feedback waveguide using ps-order pump pulse.
