Abstract(in English) We proposed a low coupling loss PLC-LN direct attachment technique with a 1.5%-Δ PLC. By applying this technique, we fabricated an OTDM-multiplexer with PPLN waveguides and it showed good characteristics of 160-Gbit/s multiplexing.
