Abstract(in English) Chromatic dispersion (CD) compensation is one of the key technologies in WDM optical communication systems. Especially, in reconfigurable all-photonic transparent networks in future photonic networks, tunable CD compensators (TCDCs) are indispensable. An all-pass ring resonator not only has a good tunability of CD, but also has structural advantages of compactness and integabilty. However, the all-pass multi ring resonator has to control several phase parameters at the same time. In this report, the easy controlling method of ring resonators utilizing monitor ports individually was proposed and demonstrated.
